Journey to Wellness Program

My 'Journey to Wellness' program is what we work on in the membership. It has 8 stages to follow to help you work towards your mental health goals.

There are 8 stages to follow to help you work towards your mental health goals.

Step 1: WANTING CHANGE

This step in the program helps to prepare you for change. Being prepared for anything in life increases your chances of success.

Step 2: EVOLVE YOUR EXPECTATIONS

This step helps you work on your confidence. We work on what you think you can achieve, and what you deserve and can achieve.

Step 3: LIFT YOUR GOALS

This step helps you turn those expectations you will have worked on in stage 2, into clear achievable goals.

Step 4: LIVE IN THE MOMENT

This step explains mindfulness, and will help you find ways that work for you to incorporate it into your life. It includes many resources to help you on your wellness journey using various techniques.

Step 5: NOURISHMENT

This step is all about feeding your body and mind. We discuss looking after ourselves in the best ways possible using things like nutrition for our physical health, to mental health strategies. This step includes tips on how to set healthy boundaries.

Step 6: EMBRACING DIFFERENCES

This step works on self acceptance and embracing our differences. We celebrate our differences here, and learn to love ourselves for who we are.

Step 7: STRIDE WITH CONFIDENCE

Step 7 is really about elevating your levels of confidence using the foundations we have built in steps 1-6.

This step helps you make a long-term plan for success.
